South Australian Heat 3 of the 2024 Australian Poetry Slam served up another round of diverse, entertaining and challenging work with yet more close scores from the judges. Congratulations to winner Avalanche and runner-up John Legg who are off to the SA State Final at Goodwood Theatre on 21st September.
Big thanks to our special guest Netherby who debuted his latest song in a fine set of original music. Big thanks to JIVE for continuing to support us at one of the best venues in town. And as always, thanks to the poets, the judges and audience for the excellent vibe on the night.
