The SA STATE FINAL of the 2025 Australian Poetry Slam is here! Five exhilarating heats leave us with ten state finalists, ready to take to the stage and battle it out to become our 2025 State Champion. The SA winner and runner-up will be off to the National Finals at the Sydney Opera House! The winner of the Nationals will tour Australasia, sharing their creative thoughts and inspiring people everywhere to speak their own poetry.
And audience, come along to listen, to cheer and perhaps even be a judge!

Jack Vaul is a multi-purpose creative tool hailing from the foothills of Adelaide. With decades of experience in frivolous nonsense, he especially enjoys the bits with the words in them, and has been described as the Salvador Dali of word-painting.
