Time for another ‘alive and kicking’ poet to pay tribute to Clive James. This month the tribute will be presented by Adelaide based poet, Bronwyn Lovell.

 

Free entry, book raffle, and a limited open mic where you can perform one poem from Clive James and one of your own influenced by the artist.

 

Vivian Leopold James, AO, CBE, FRSL (born 7 October 1939), known as Clive James, is an Australian author, critic, broadcaster, poet, translator and memoirist, best known for his autobiographical series Unreliable Memoirs, for his chat shows and documentaries on British television and for his prolific journalism. James has lived and worked in the United Kingdom since 1962. He is famously a bon vivant, noted for his warm, insightful humour and wry outlook. – Wikipedia
